For our People & Culture Department we are looking for a motivated
People Business Partner / HR Generalist
to join our team.
What you’ll be doing
You act as a business partner for Leaders and Employees in all relevant People topics (e.g. performance and talent management, compensation, etc.)
You identify areas for improvement, develop HR standards and processes accordingly.
You support our Talent Attraction in the entire applicant management process incl. preparation of job descriptions, job ads postings, recruitment analytics, etc.
You support in further development of our personnel marketing and employer branding
You champion employee feedback initiatives, designing proactive engagement strategies to foster a responsive, supportive and healthy workplace culture.
You contribute to teamwork on various People & Culture projects (e.g. development of culture values, DEI initiatives, etc.)
You work closely with our People Operations to enhance our sustainable international growth.
Relevant Skills
You have 2-5 years experience as Generalist or HR Business Partner in high-growth, ideally tech scale-up environments
You have solid knowledge of German Labour Law and employment practices, with practical experience. Knowledge of other international labor law regulations is a plus.
You have broad experience in recruitment strategies, experience with Personio is Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field desired but not a must
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re approachable, empathetic, and trustworthy
You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Your English and German are excellent.
You are based (preferably) in Munich
